Every client is given a 10 minute grace period. Any client more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule dependent on the esthetician’s schedule and discretion & will be considered a cancellation. Every service is allotted a specific amount of time to ensure a complete service can be performed. Services will not be modified or shortened when running late in any circumstance.
We understand life happens. We just ask that in the event that cancellation or rescheduling is needed, that a 24 hour notice from the start of your scheduled appointment is given. Anything under 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service.
Failure to show up, contact us (prior to your appointment), and reschedule (prior to your appointment) will result in a 100% charge of the total service. We reserve a specific amount of time for every service and if there is no communication and you do not show up, you may not be able to book again with us in the future.
